Adventure Trails

As a Family and Veteran owned operation, Adventure Trails UTV Rentals was founded with the intention of having something to share with my girls. We are passionate about the outdoors. We take pride in our focus on safety, the quality of our UTV's, and bringing fun and adventure to other families out there.

We recommend buying a day pass to Windrock Offroad Park either online or at the General Store.

What to Wear/Bring

It's important to be prepared for East Tennessee weather! We recommend that you wear/bring the following:

Layered clothing
Jacket
Hat
Sunglasses
Closed toe shoes
Fully charged cell phones
Water & Snacks
Helmets are provided with rental as needed
We are a rain or shine operation

Policies

Renting/Booking:

• You must be over 25 years of age to rent a UTV.

• A $2,000 security deposit will be placed on hold on your original payment method for any potential damages, including excessive wear and damage not classified as "normal" wear and tear.

• Supplemental Insurance is required prior to spending your day riding. A link to purchase will be sent in your confirmation email after booking. Cost is $40/day.

• UTVs may not be kept overnight if you book a multi-day adventure. Machine(s) will be picked up at the end of the day and dropped off to you again the next morning, free of charge.

Riding:

• Windrock has a strict no alcohol policy. Please review their policies as well before heading out.

• No riding on the difficult/extremely difficult trails. These are marked with red or black colors. Our machines are stock and are not equipped to handle the difficulty of the terrain on these trails. Additionally, any excessive wear and damage due to ignoring this rule will result in a 100% loss of your security deposit.

• After you've finished your ride, you are required to rinse off the machine and top it off with gas. Wash stations are located right next to the big parking lot of the Windrock General Store. Gas pumps are also located next to the General Store. Failure to do either/both of these will incur a $75 cleaning fee, and $10/gallon for empty tanks.

Cancellations

• Cancellations are allowed outside of 48 hours. If cancellation is made within 48 hours, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
